Chinese spinach

PO CHOI/ PO CHOY

Po Choi is Chinese for spinach. This vegetable has long, thin, hollow stems. And an elongated oak leaf. Sometimes its shape is round, sometimes pointed. You prepare it like regular spinach or through your stir-fry dish. The shrubs can be stewed in a pan or stir fried. Delicious with a Tofu or Tempeh. I prepare it myself with soy sauce and garlic.
