The King Oyster mushroom. I call him Eryngii. It's big, the biggest to be precise. The top gray-brown. Soft and easy feels velvet. The stem is white. Fleshy and solid. I grown them myself , in bottles only for the best taste and structure. Everything about him is tasty. I specially like its slightly spicy taste. I bake it, grill it. Try them for the best umami flavor.
