This is my Shii-take mushroom. A taste bomb! Use it in every dish. Super healthy, Lots of vitamin B, C, D, fibre, calcium, iron and magnesium. Keeps you going.

If you remove the hard pieces at the bottom of the stalk. You can eat the rest completely. Please don't make the mistake of preparing the shii-take like a regular mushroom. Prepare it with LOVE!
