Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Boil the eggs for 7 - 8 minutes.
Cut the bottom of the M. Shanghai pak choi and cut it into pieces.
Slice the cucumber.
Wok the M. Pak choi, M. Sugar Snaps and Bean sprouts for 3 minutes in olive oil until al dente with a little salt and pepper.
Warm up the peanut sauce.
Serve the rice with the Gado Gado, egg, peanut sauce and fried onions.
Delicious with Cassava crackers!
You can also replace the Sugar Snaps with Mangetout.
