Chop the M. Keolmu Kimchi and cut the bottom of the M. Enoki Mushrooms. Also finely chop 1 M. Mini Garlic and 1 Spring Onion.

Save the liquid from the M. Keolmu Kimchi.

Add Sesame Oil to a wok pan and fry the M. Garlic, Spring Onion, chopped M. Keolmu Kimchi and M. Enoki Mushrooms for 1 Minute.

Add 2 Tablespoons of Mirin, 4 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce and the Liquid from the M. Keolmu Kimchi and let it cook for 10 minutes in medium heat.

After the 10 minutes you can add 2 cups of cooked rice and mix it all together really well.

Fry a couple of eggs to go on top of the rice and top it all with some fresh Spring Onion and Sesame Seeds.
