Kabocha sweet potato soup

I’m gonna show you how to make delicious Kabocha sweet potato soup!
What do you need?
1 Kabocha (squash)
3 sweet potatoes
3 garlic cloves
Ginger (as much as you like)
1 large Turmeric
Pepper
200 g creamy Butter
Parsley
Let’s start cooking!
Skin the potatoes. Boil the washed potatoes in plenty of water for a minute. Turn the heat off.
Don’t pour off!
Cut the flesh of the Kabocha into pieces (without the seeds) and fry them in a pan with a big amount of butter. Add the garlic. Not too early otherwise it will burn.
Join the baked Kabocha to the potatoes.
Let it boil gently for about 20 minutes.
Add the turmeric crumbles, pepper and ginger.
Puree with a hand blender into a nice soup.
After mashing add the fresh parsley.
if the soup is too thick, add water to it.
