Wokmix with mushrooms and Asian vegetables

Ingredients for 2 persons
M. Wild Flavors Wok mix 300 grams

60 grams mini pak choi
75 grams mini Eryngii
30 grams Cordy ceps
50 grams Enoki
75 grams of shiitake
10 grams of chives

1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
200 grams rice

1.Cut the hard pieces from the bottom of the stem of the shiitake and clean them with a brush or a piece of kitchen paper.

2.Cut the underside of the Enoki bush and pull the mushrooms apart.

3.Wash the pak choi and drain it well. Then cut the pak choi into pieces.

4. Put some oil in a wok and add the shiitake first. Let it fry briefly. Then add the Enoki and Cordy Ceps. Fry briefly.

5.Add the pak choi and cook briefly. Finally pour the Teriyaki sauce over it.

6. Scoop the dish onto a plate and sprinkle some chopped chives over it.
